eShopaid - GST 2.0 Rate Structure Change

Step 1 – View Current HSN-Tax Status

  • Navigate to Master > Tax/Rates > GST Revision module

  • The system will display the step 1/5 screen.

  • Click on the Download Current HSN-Tax Status link. A status report will be downloaded as in the below format.

  • Click on Continue to proceed with step2.

Step 2 – Enter New Tax Rates

  • The System will display step 2/5 as shown below

  • Click on Download STCL Data to download the template (with existing data until update). Edit NewGSTRate in template and save the file. Click on Choose File to upload the edited file.

  • Click on Download STCL Slab Data to download the template (with existing data until update). Edit NewFromRange, NewToRange, NewGSTRate in template and save the file. Click on Choose File to upload the edited file. Do not leave any column blank.

  • Click on Download Supplier Data to download the template (with existing data until update). Edit NewFromRange, NewToRange, NewGSTRate in template and save the file. Click on Choose File to upload the edited file. Do not leave any column blank.

  • Click on Validate to validate all the 3 files.

  • If errors are found, the system will show the errors, and the user cannot move to the next step, if no errors are found, the system proceeds with step 3.

Step 3 – Review Changes made & Schedule Update 

  • The System will display Step 3/5 as shown below.

  • Click on Download Tax Changes to view the changes.

  • HSN, Old Tax, Old MRP, New Tax, New MRP, Department, Manufacturer/Division, Brand, Product code, Product Master EAN Code, Product Alternate code, Difference in Price, Cost > New MRP – Y/N will be displayed for the user to view the changes where the changes have been made.

  • Click on Continue to proceed with step4.

Step 4 – Tax Update Schedule

  • The System will display Step 4/5 as shown below.

  • The scheduled date is by default shown as 22/09/2025. 

  • Click on Create Schedule. The system proceeds with step5 if no errors are found.

Step 5 – Download Scheduled Products

  • The System will display Step 5/5 as shown below.

  • Click on Last Scheduled info to view the scheduled information.

  • Click on Cancel Schedule to cancel the schedule. The following screen appears. Click Ok to confirm the cancel.

After completing Step 5, Please send an email to cs@wondersoft.com if the prices are yet to be updated.​

Important Instructions:
  • Please ensure that you close all pending transactions, Pending Sales Orders, Pending Purchase Orders, Pending Stock Transfer (In-Transit)

    • If you are unable to close the above transactions, then the transactions will be updated at new tax rates, without any price changes (old MRP would continue)​

    • Fill a form for GST dealers and Composite Dealers, separately, else the same process will be followed for all stores/dealers.

    • If you are integrated with an ERP, please check if the prices have been updated in the ERP too, else prices in eShopaid would get revised when the changes are pushed later.

    • If you are using rate category, in-rate category (different prices for different stores/franchisees/customers), please review and correct the same, by navigating to the menu Maintenance>>ProductRateSettings and Maintenance>>Price Configuration Settings >> InRateCategory Pricing Template.

  • Please check with your e-commerce site and other marketplaces, which are dependent on prices in eShopaid.​
