Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and developing market strategies. The role involves engaging with clients and partners, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams for customized solutions, analysing competition, and maximizing reseller channels to expand market reach and increase revenue.

  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing accounts by positioning the company's offering to the customers.

  • Build the sales pipeline and set the overall sales strategy of the company to support the growth of the company in different markets.

  • Identifying potential enterprise clients and business opportunities, reaching out to them with product offering and Product demonstration.

  • Proactively initiate training for channels and their salespeople and/or resellers

  • Provide training on the application and technical aspects of WONDERSOFT products to customers through sales presentations and demonstrations, and provide pricing for various products/services that the customer has an interest in purchasing.

  • Identify competition and build a proactive action plan.

  • Responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and working with the Product team for tailored sales solutions.

  • Market current programs and develop strategic plans with select partners to further penetrate current markets, identify new markets, and promote the complete WONDERSOFT products

  • Ensure that the current reseller Channel is maximized to deliver growth & drive business through an expanded product scope.

  • Update and manage leads and prospect status in CRM

  • This is an individual contributor role


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or reseller engagement

  • Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines and execute sales strategies

  • Excellent lead generation, prospecting, product demonstration, and client acquisition skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions

  • Good understanding of market trends and competitive analysis

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support)

  • Strong negotiation and pricing discussion skills

  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Willingness to travel (if required) and manage multiple client accounts.
