Inspiration

Mr.Peter Block :

He has been at the center of changing organisations for twenty five years, consulting businesses, schools, and governments around the  world. He is the author of the best-selling books, The Empowered Manager, Flawless Consulting,  and Stewardship. He is also the  founding partner of the training firm, Designed Learning Inc. Mr. Dinesh Chandra : Quality Guru

Mr. Chandra is a mechanical engineer with an MBA in finance. He worked for 25 years conducting total quality management workshops. His management workshops are of the different type- coloured with a new hue, where management gurus dip into the seemingly unending potpourri of the Vedanta, Upanishads, Theosophy, Dhama  Pada or the Gita, to work on transforming companies.

The phrase 'Soul healer' describes Dinesh  Chandra, president, Global Quality Systems, Florida. His forte is Personal Transformation workshops, where high-flying CEOS, Indian and Western, bare their souls. The underlying assumptions of his management ideas are : align the manas, vaacha and karma; personal alignment leads to unfolding of creativity within and transformational leadership which then leads to company transformation.

 Mr. John Naisbitt

Mr. Naisbitt is the globally known author of the book, Megatrends, which forced us to rethink how the world is changing. He belongs in that rarified category of thinkers/writers who have had a mind-bending experience on us all. He runs a
research firm which is actively involved with content analysis. In 1999 he came up with another useful book, High tech,High touch which studies the effect of technological advances on our society, on how our minds have changed since technology came into entertainment, the arts, and more.

Mr. Nicholas Negroponte

The Director MIT's Media Lab, Mr. Negroponte has been at the forefront of the digital revolutions. he wrote the popular and influential book Being Digital which laid down for us the life as it is and will be in a digital age. An incessant   traveler, he travels around the world telling governments, industry leaders and like on what to make of the relentless technological changes. Recently he came to India.

Some views of Prof. Nicholas Negroponte on education are enlightening: “The topic of education is a very important one….I happen to believe that the solution to each and every problem of this world is education. While it may sound a little naïve, I think it is sufficiently correct to believe that primary education is the most important… If we could design a lab which would encourage creativity. There has been little change in teaching methods for over a hundred years…as computers penetrate homes there is going to be a whole redefinition of what it is to be a child, of childhood in some interesting ways. What computers are going to do is to make learning more interesting” “indifference of governments and the corporate sector of their social responsibility towards education is appalling” “ If you start putting technology into schools the payoff is very long” “People still don’t believe that their most precious natural resource is children. If you make an intervention and you do something really powerful for primary education the impact will not be immediate and politicians don’t really operate on that kind of thing.”
